Our society is said to be developed when every person gets empowered by persoal growth such as financial well being,family well-being , psychological well-being etc especially women. Urvi outreach has been working towards this purpose by focusing mainly on skill development training as well as the employability possibilities related to those skills
Unnathi 1 was designed in such a way that the women can make their own products either as a group or as individual , to stay employed or self-employed .It was a training on making and cleaning products like detergent , lotion and liquid dishwas.
